Coming off from a devastating loss against Fort Myers, the Verot baseball team was determined to make a comeback. They did just that demolishing the Community School of Naples 7-0. The game took place at Bishop Verot. They took off by scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the first. It was a great day for the Verot crowd and for the offense of Verot as they put up 12 hits on CSN pitchers. It was utterly embarrassing to watch Csn hitting as Verot pitcher shutout them out only allowing two hits.

Verot was lead by great pitching as Josiah Valesquez had over ten strikeouts and only allowed two. It was utterly embarrassing to watch CSN as they struggled to respond to Josiah Alesquez. Verot was also lead by star shortstop Brady Loughren who had some incredible defensive stops and put on an offensive clinic having three doubles out of four hits which propelled Verot’s offense to keep it going. Verot’s next game is an away up against 6-7 Lely this Friday at 7 pm.
